2 oz Noroi gin
0.5 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Honey syrup
1 oz Grapefruit juice
2 sage leaves
soda
Pour all ingredients, except soda, into a shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain the mixture over fresh ice into a highball or mason jar.
Garnish: Fresh grapefruit.
