1.5 oz Rosemont Madame Gin
0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz Rosemary syrup
1 egg white

Method

Shake all ingredients without ice, then with ice and strain into glass.
Decoration: Dehydrated orange.
