2 oz Betchwan Gin
0.25 oz Fino Sherry or Manzanilla
0.25 oz Salted olive juice
A few dashes of celery bitters
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir with a bar spoon over fresh ice. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe.
Decoration: Olives.
