Ingredients

1.5 oz Fiero Martini
Sparkling wine
2 dashes of Lab Smoked BBQ Bitters

Method

Place Martini and Bitter directly into the cup, fill with ice and sparkling wine.
Wine glass.
Decoration: olive and grapefruit.
