Ingredients

1.25 oz Cocchi Americano Bianco
1 oz Vodka
1 dash of grapefruit bitters

Method

Flame rosemary under the glass. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and pour into cocktail glass.
Garnish: grapefruit zest.

Apéritif à base de vin blanc.
