Bartender, co-owner of the Flamant restaurant and passionate about history, Maximilien has had the opportunity to demonstrate his multiple talents in recent years in Quebec during several prestigious cocktail competitions. Those who follow him will have noticed how much this enthusiast pushes his creativity in his cocktails.
Come listen to him talk about the basics of fermentation and how he uses certain processes in his creations. You will learn more about the origin of his inspirations and his master thinkers to help you apply these techniques in your next menu. A guaranteed sensory and taste experience!

Mixologist, picker and entrepreneur at heart, Claudia Doyon has not finished making her place in the local landscape. Having the Quebec terroir at heart, she seeks to recreate through her various creations the intimate relationship that our ancestors had with the land. From identifying local ingredients to responsible picking, including conservation techniques, Claudia will be happy to share her knowledge and advice to help you define and assign a very local signature in your cocktail creations. An appointment not to be missed!
